Surrounding Geist Reservoir are the Admirals neighborhoods including Admirals Bay, Admirals Pointe, Admirals Sound, Admirals Woods, and Admirals Landing.  There are currently 51 homes for sale  in the Admirals today.   The most expensive home is in  the Admirals Sound at $2,500,000 located at 9080 Bay Breeze Court with over 10,000 sq ft, 6 bedrooms  and 8 full baths!   It also has an inground 50 x 20 Gunnite pool and a five car garage.

Homes on the water run usually around $200 a sq ft and off the water closer to $125/sq ft.   I recently sold a home on Woods Bay with a master on the main level and beautiful treed lot that was 3/4 of acre with a walk out basement.   My client looked for about 9 months before finding this perfect home.

These neighborhoods provide winding roads, mature trees, custom character and access to Geist amenities.

There is much to do in Geist, including great restaurants like Bella Vitas, shops and water venue’s like the Indianapolis Sailing Club, and the Indianapolis Yacht Club.
